GoMyTruck is built on trust, respect, and safety. Our Community Guidelines ensure that every interaction between Customers, Drivers, and Workforce Partners is positive and secure. Everyone who uses our platform must follow these guidelines.

Failure to follow these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of your GoMyTruck account.


1. Respect and Professionalism

We expect everyone to treat each other with courtesy and respect.

  • No Discrimination: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination of any kind, including race, religion, caste, gender, age, or disability.
  • No Harassment: Verbal abuse, threats, derogatory remarks, or unwanted physical contact will result in immediate permanent deactivation and potential reporting to law enforcement.
  • Respect Privacy: Do not contact a user or partner for personal reasons after a job is completed. Phone numbers should only be used to facilitate the active booking.

2. Safety First

Safety is our top priority.

  • Safe Driving: Drivers must obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and transport regulations. Reckless driving or driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • Safe Loading: Workforce partners must follow proper lifting techniques to avoid injury and ensure that customer goods are not damaged during transit or loading.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Fleet Owners and Drivers must ensure their vehicles are roadworthy, properly insured, and have valid PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificates.

3. Platform Integrity & Anti-Fraud

We rely on accurate information to maintain a safe marketplace.

  • No Fake Bookings: Customers must not create fraudulent or dummy bookings.
  • No Account Sharing: Drivers and Workforce Partners must never allow another person to use their GoMyTruck account or perform a job on their behalf. The person who arrives for the job MUST match the verified profile photo in the app.
  • Accurate Information: All documents provided during onboarding (Aadhaar, PAN, DL, RC) must be genuine. Forging documents is a criminal offense and will be reported to authorities.
  • Off-Platform Transactions: Attempting to bypass the GoMyTruck payment system or soliciting users to complete the trip outside the app is prohibited.

4. Professional Appearance

For our Driver and Workforce Partners:

  • Uniforms: If you have been provided with a GoMyTruck uniform, we highly encourage you to wear it while on duty. It builds trust with the customer and identifies you as a verified professional.
  • Hygiene: Please maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • No Intoxicants: Smoking, consuming alcohol, or being under the influence of any illicit substances while on a job is strictly forbidden.

5. Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help us enforce these guidelines.

  • If you witness a violation of these Community Guidelines, or if you feel unsafe at any point during a booking, please use the Emergency Support button or the Report Issue feature in the GoMyTruck app immediately.
  • We investigate all reports thoroughly and will take appropriate action, up to and including account deactivation, to ensure the safety of our platform.
